Romane Frankly very disappointed with this brand. I received different items from those I ordered and paid for. Customer service answered me only once, then no more news despite several reminders. Their site announces responses within 48 hours, but this deadline was absolutely not respected in my case.
To date, my problem is still not resolved and I find the lack of follow-up and consideration for customers really unacceptable.
